Mr Rashmi Shah BDS DGDP(UK) MFDS RSC (Edin)
Principal Dental Surgeon

Rashmi studied at Dundee qualifying in 1989. He obtained his DGDP(UK) in 1996 and MFDS BDS in 2000. He has a strong interest in the Restorative aspects of implant dentistry and has been restoring implants since 2001. He is happy to see advanced restorative cases for implant retained crown and bridge work and also implant retained dentures. He also has been providing fixed orthodontic treatment since 1997. This combination of restorative and orthodontic experience allows for the management of multi disciplinary implant cases within the practice. He is also a member of the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology)

Dr Julie Savin MRCS (RCSEd) MBChB FDSRCS (Ed) BDS
Oral Surgeon and Implantologist

Julie studied dentistry at Dundee, and subsequently medicine at Glasgow. She has extensive experience in practice and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Her surgical experience includes orthopaedics, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery. She completed her Membership of the Royal College of surgeons in 2007. She currently holds the post of Surgical Specialist to CDS, Fife and is visiting clinician at PRI. She teaches and mentors fellow dental surgeons and has lectured. She is currently member of the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology)

Julie has 7 years experience in Implantology and favors the Straumann Implant System because of its technical reliability and excellence. She says of dental implants ;"Implants are the most rewarding and constructive aspect of my field of work. They can radically change people's confidence and quality of life"

Associate Dental Surgeon

Catherine has been with the practice since 1995

Lesley Brenkel BDS

Lesley joined the practice in 1998.

Maya Robbie BDS BMSc(Hons)

Maya joined the practice in 2008. Maya qualified from Dundee in 1998 and after 5 years in general practice in Fife and Kinross, she joined the community Dental service where she worked in west Fife.

Maya enjoys the varied nature of providing care in general practice and particularly enjoys working as part of the close knit team that is this practice.

Out of work she enjoys walking and swiming. Also when time permits she is keen to develop her dinghy sailing skills.

Alayne Saleh Dip Dh Edinburgh School of Dental Hygiene 1976.
Dental Hygienist

Alayne was a Senior Tutor Dental Hygienist at the Edinburgh School of Dental Hygiene fot two years and has since worked in both NHS and private practices for 16 years.
